"I called after I booked this hotel. I was told I could check in early. When I arrived I could not check in early “there were no rooms available” I planned massages a tiki boat. We had no where to shower after covered in oil from the massage and had to go on the tiki boat like that. I wish you all would clearly state that ITS POSSIBLE a room may be available. Don’t assure the people we would be able to check in early."

"Great resort in a perfect location. The sunsets were spectacular, the amenities were excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"Pros: great location and stunning bay views. Staff were polite. Noise from other guests was dealt with promptly. The coffee machine was handy. Cons: the rooms desperately need updating. Half of the things in the room were broken. The hotel advertises a kitchenette but there’s absolutely nothing this would allow you to cook meals (no pots, cutlery, plates, etc), only a microwave. Room gets cleaned every 3 days."
