"The bed mattress are not comfortable at all. The bathrooms can be inaccessible to wheelchair users. The walk way to the rooms in the morning have all the cleaning ladies blocking off the sidewalk for wheelchair users."

"Overall, it was a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and the suite was clean, comfortable, and lovely. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was super comfortable. I gave four stars on a few things because the whirlpool tub took several tries to get working and spots needed better cleaned. ..."
