"Friendly service. Good view because the Hotel is almost on the top of the hill. The server in the restaurant is nice. One morning I rushed to attend the Mass and asked her to pack up my food for later used. Honestly it is not allowed. Once she knew my intention, she was happy to do it for me. I have to say thanks. Furthermore the people working in the reception are also helpful and friendly. Always 😀"

"Preciosa ubicación en zona encantadora. La habitación era excelente y tenía un bonito balcón con vistas al patio. La recepción 24 horas fue en realidad virtual. Hablamos con el personal por intercomunicador. En un momento dado, el personal nos colgó. Había pedido una plaza de aparcamiento pero cuando llegamos me dijeron que no, y tuve que aparcar mi coche lejos del casco antiguo. Aunque dijeron que el estacionamiento estaba justo fuera del casco antiguo, los espacios siempre estaban llenos durante los 3 días que estuvimos allí, y tuvimos que estacionar un buen paseo lejos del hotel. El personal del restaurante dejó muy claro que no tenían nada que ver con el hotel, e incluso cuando preguntamos cuáles eran los horarios de apertura, nos dijeron que leyéramos los avisos en recepción."
