"From the moment the bus dropped us at gate the service began as it’s a very vast property they use buggy’s to take you around if finding it difficult to walk. There was always somewhere to sit by any of the 3 pools or cabanas on the grass. Easy access to beach as well in all an amazing hotel with superb restaurants."
"Beautiful place to stay only problem is that there was a oversized roach that came out to play when it was 5am and I just came in from partying threw me off guard as I’m not familiar with roaches I thought it was a sweet rapper then it began freestyle dancing across the floor which left me speechless I had to get security to kill it. The apartments are too nice to behaving those buggers creeping around…"
"I love coming here I come here at least 5 times a year I love the 1 bedroom as the views are a amazing all amenities are brilliant staff friendly especially a lady on the desk who is pregnant I m sorry I forgot her name but always recognise s us, only disappointment was we got a 2 bedroom apartment instead of 1 we wanted a 1 bedroom as we love the views and privacy, it's happened at least 3 times now"
"Great stay, no ironing board or iron as standard in the room which was a negative. Iron and board very poor quality when requested. Otherwise, a great all inclusive option in a fantastic location"
"I am staying at the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza and the breakfast is far way better than at Tropical. My wife was happy with everything except the breakfast buffet. My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel."
"Pool was excellent we had an 8 month pld and the heated pool really helped getting him in the water. Great location also with many restaurants and bar both left and right outside of the hotel. Only downside for us was the food. Was typical buffet style holiday food but was the worse we have had. The bacon and sausage for breakfast was cheap Ham and hotdogs"
