"Excellent spot, right in the center of downtown Zacatecas. Everything smelled of clean, staff was excellent and very respectful. The only thing was the hot water in the shower, had to do little tricks to get it. But, everything else excellent! Would return here to stay."

"Very nice hotel with good amenities. There was Highway and train noise but nothing loud enough to keep people up at night. Restaurant area was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. I did request a rollaway crib three seperate times and was not brought one. In the end I had to sleep with my baby and create a barrier so she wouldn't fall off the bed. The wifi is great with a nice desk and fridge/microwave. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. I would come back to this hotel."
