La Redorte was on our route and is a very pretty, canalside town that grew when the Canal was a commercial entity. Now given over to pleasure craft the village is quiet and relaxing but with good modern facilities.

Great hotel with a marvelous location! Easy walking distance from the Cité!

Helpful & polite checkin - I can’t remember his name but he spoke very good English which was much appreciated!! Location was good about a 10 min walk to the train/bus station. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from & we were pleased they offered a petite breakfast for those of us only wanting ...

Basic but more than adequate for our needs. Tired decor and simple furniture. You get what you pay for and compared to nearby hotels very reasonably priced. Large apartment with plenty of storage. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very accommodating and smoothed out some minor issues very professionally. ...

Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation.
