Hôtel Le Bord'O Vieux Port
This is a great little boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful - very helpful in advising us in what we should see around town. The location was great, an easy walk to just about everything. No elevator, so if you can't handle stairs it might be a problem.

Hôtel La Tour de Nesle La Rochelle Vieux Port
We stayed here originally for 2 nights but loved La Rochelle so much we stayed an extra night. Hotel was ideally placed to explore the town. Helpful staff and a lovely room. We would return.

A great location to stay in La Rochelle, right on the harbour. A little confusing getting to the hotel through the barrier’s but if you ring the hotel they will lower them for you, there is a height restriction of 1.95 for the secure parking.
