"20 min easy walk to town. Hotel rooms clean and spacious and good value for money. (beds a bit too firm for us!!) Due to new legislation for booking in, ( passport details, email etc)it took a while as chap at reception didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor( thank you google translate!)we got there in the end. "Staff was fantastic, super welcoming and helpful. Room was dated and had a bad smell. For the romantic mountain view room I would've expected better - if a couple were honeymooning there the smell would've been a huge turn off. The room has limited amenities but front desk had hair dryers etc. Restaurant was fantastic."

"A fabulously modern and beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for two nights and even managed to squeeze in some round the pool time. Great pool by the way. A tip if you are arriving by train...there are two Antequera stations. Antequera AV which is the local station ( the walk to hotel is reasonably short but uphill (big hills) and brutal in 35 degrees heat. Would recommend getting a taxi. The other station is Antequera Santa Ana which is 17 KM away and you'll need a cab for sure. The walk to the town centre is about 10 mins once you've found the best route. Beautiful town too. Would definitely stay in this hotel again, in fact it's made us want to check out more Paradores across Spain."

"The place is a must if you do Caminito Del Ray. The view is amazing and service was very good. The hotels rooms are cozy with 2 spaces. We got a small livingroom with TV and fridge. Then you take a narrow snail stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. Fun for one night, don't know if I would have liked it for more. Take note that the road to get there is in the mountains, so very narrow abut a lot of parking spot available. You can leave your car there to go to Caminito Del Ray by bus (2.5 euro for all bus during one day).You can also there by train from Seville. "
