"This hotel is excellent. The only reason I am not giving it an excellent review is because there was nobody at the reception to welcome us or to check us in. We waited 20 minutes in the middle of the night (because of international delays from the US). Then I had to scramble to find the hotel phone number to get a hold of someone. I even walked around and opened doors around the reception area. I think the person who was supposed to be there was probably sleeping in a back room or something. I finally got a hold of someone after calling and they came to check us in. Other comment I have is regarding pool service. Menu is very limited and slow. Sunbeds and parking are charged per day which is not cool considering youā€™re paying over a 1000 a night for rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Concierge and house keeping also quick and nice!"
