"Mon compagnon et moi-mĂȘme sommes trĂšs satisfaits de notre sĂ©jour dans la bulle. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Le menu du soir ainsi que le petit dĂ©jeuner (qui est inclu) Ă©taient excellent et bien copieux. Nous avons pu profiter d’une nuit Ă©toilĂ©e magique depuis le lit dans la bulle! La bulle est situĂ©e au milieu d’une petite forĂȘt rĂ©servĂ©e qu’à nous. Le lieu est trĂšs calme, paisible et situĂ© dans une zone historique comportant de nombreux chĂąteaux, qui bordent la route Richard Coeur de Lion. "

"I was going to stay there after an art retreat in chateau nearby. I was taught the night before by guests at the retreat that they stayed there and left in the middle of the night because the hotel is haunted and the noises in their room was too loud they couldn’t ignore it and they left telling the owner they couldn’t stay there because there is no ac. The owner gave them a refund after a huge fight. So I thought to myself let me personally go and tell them the truth about what they told me. Now the front desk lady laughed saying she didn’t mind the ghosts. But I told her please let me talk to the owners and see if they can give me the refund so that I don’t have to go through this. I begged them on the phone. These men hysterically yelled at me telling me I’m making up stories, that I’m a liar. Now tell me why and who lies about such a thing? Let alone how uncomfortable it is to confess a truth that is superstitious to a lot of people.I am a girl, alone, so I can get scared and no one will care or bring me comfort if I am put in a bad situation so I have to try to protect myself. After a huge drama over the phone they said ok we will give you your money back but you have to pay the first night. I agreed and asked for a refund request. They said don’t worry we’ll do it ourselves via Hotels.com, we still didn’t retrieve the money. I learn after that this was a lie. They took the money and told Hotels they won’t refund. The hotel looks so old and bad I could’ve just said that"
