Franchement parfait pour le prix

Franchement parfait. On sait que ce n’est pas un Sofitel mais c’est plus que correct. Chambres rénovées, certes un peu petite mais très bien aménagées. La salle d’eau est parfaite notamment la douche de taille normale et avec porte de douche et non pas un rideau ! Vue sur le fort, il y a pire. Parking gratuit. Et surtout staff adorable ! Par contre le petit dej est assez pauvre pour 6,90€ Je sur recommande car il est bien placé en plus. Clairement j’y retournerais si je suis de nouveau de passage dans le coin.

J'ai eu la surprise de me voir réclamer une caution de 100 euros a mon arrivée alors que j'avais payé ma chambre a la reservation. Cette façon de faire est interdite. De plus l'état de la chambre est vérifié à 11 heures donc le client qui est parti tôt le matin ne peut assister a cette vérification il peut donc se passer n'importe quoi entre son départ et les vérifications effectuees. Je me réserve donc le droit de déposer plainte contre de telles pratiques ou de signaler ces faits aux services compétents.

Globalement, tout s’est très bien passé. Mon seul commentaire concerne une caution de 100€ que j’ai dû payer à l’arrivée. Cela n’a pas été prevu dans les conditions et personne ne nous a prévenu qu’il fallait payer une caution. La réception m’a dit qu’elle avait beaucoup de réservations et sue c’était impossible de prévenir les clients. C’est le minimum.😌

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 3 lits séparés résultat 1 chambre avec un seul grand lit pas top avec une ado et pour 5 nuits À la réception ils ne retrouvaient pas ma réservation impossible d’avoir la chambre réservée aucun service aucun dédommagement Si vous voulez juste passer une nuit en dépannage ça passe sinon aller ailleurs

Pas informé qu'ils n'acceptaient pas les chèques vacances (les autres hôtel première classe les prennent), côté rue assez bruyant, caution toujours pas rendue arrivé à mon domicile (18h, alors que l'on m'avait dit pour 12h !!!) et ceci malgré aucun soucis dans la chambre et caution débitée le jour même de l'arrivée !!!! Heureusement que les chambres sont rénovées et de bon goût ...!

Un bon rapport qualité/prix

Le chambres sont belles et rénovée, le ménage dans la salle de bain et wc est pafait, les serviettes et savons sont changés tous les jours si besoin, le lit est bien refait. Le sol était assez poussiéreux ainsi que le dessus du mobilier. Mais l'ensemble était bon. L'hôtel est peu insonorisé, on entend facilement les voix, les déplacements ou le bruits des clims qui "claquent" dans le plafond. Prévoir boules quies pour les plus sensibles; mais sinon l'environnement est très calme; et facile pour se garer. L'accueil est sympathique.
