Belle chambre, moderne, propre L'hôte nous a bien donné toutes les explications pour les clefs. Très facile. Concernant le lieu, pas facile d'accès en voiture, pas de place pour stationner. Rue sombre, situation pas très rassurante.

Bien dans l’ensemble

Le logement est très agréable à part 2-3 détails embêtants quand on a des enfants (porte de douche qui ne ferme pas complètement, pluie de douche en continu, bouton difficile pour changer vers la pomme de douche : froid d’un côté, chaud de l’autre…). Nous étions parties aux cinque terre comme tous les visiteurs de la région : notre hôtesse a eu la gentillesse de garder nos bagages, réceptionnés par la femme de ménage. Retour tardif et explications alambiquées pour récupérer la clé. Par contre la clim n’a pas fonctionné, un peu chaud. Bon endroit je recommande, sauf si, comme nous, vous aimez bien échanger avec les hôtes des logements.

Für die Cinque Terre ok

Für einen Besuch der Cinque Terre ist die Unterkunft ausreichend. Das Bett ist nicht sehr bequem und das Bad im Obergeschoss verkompliziert den Komfort etwas. Zudem hat der Wasserboiler früh morgens schon gehörigen Krach gemacht und so den Schlaf stört. Die Entfernung zum Bahnhof ist super. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto ist die Parksituation katastrophal. Zudem war die Kommunikation zwar ok, aber die beständige Erinnerung an die City Tax (die wir unmittelbar auf den Tisch legten), war etwas nervig. Empfehlenswert lediglich als Ausgangspunkt.

Totally ok stay for the money. The hotel didnt have any parking and we had to park outside on the street, but nothing happened to the car. Nice and clean rooms.

Struttura con camere moderne. Posizione ottimale perché vicina al centro della città e alla stazione che porta alle Cinque Terre. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio gratuito di trova a qualche traversa di distanza dalle struttura. Peccato che l'ascensore, che è presente nel palazzo, non possa essere utilizzato per raggiungere le camere situate al piano primo. Nella camera è presente tutto il necessario (anche un minifrigo) magari si potrebbe migliorare mettendo anche uno specchio più grande per specchiarsi integralmente.

Better than a 2 star

definitely more than 2 star accommodation. The cleanest, most modern and stylish apartments we have stayed in. Close to the train station and the train line but the windows and doors make it barely noticeable. Security is great and the area is nice but difficult to park if travelling by car. No wheelchair access.

Eden Rooms is part of an apartment building with no staff on premises. Location was good for La Spezia, but the town itself isn’t nice. I would recommend staying in one of the Cinque Terre towns instead. The room, we booked was a double room but it was two single beds pushed together. The WiFi was very slow. Stayed 3 nights and not once did we get housekeeping, so same towels, rubbish not collected etc. When we arrived it was very clean and nicely renovated. The bed was uncomfortable, the memory foam pillows weren’t the best and we both ended up with consistently sore backs. The towels were very bad quality and thin so weren’t absorbent. Eden Rooms should invest in better quality basics to make up for the non-existent service.

very affordable, good location

People in the area were very nice. It was easy to find the room. Nearby was a supermarket/co-op with a good selection of good food. The train station was a short walk with our luggage. It was easy to visit the beautiful city of La Spezzia, a great discovery, by walking. Other than hearing trains at night, the neighborhood and building were quiet. We enjoyed our stay.
