Séjour fabuleux

Très bonne adresse; Bon emplacement. Nous le conseillerons à nos connaissances qui veulent venir aux 5 terres. Seul bémol, un peu bruyant avec la place à proximité et l'église (les cloches) mais quand on a fait les 5 terres dans la journée, on n'a pas de mal à trouver le sommeil.

God base til at komme rundt i Cinque Terre

Som rejsende der vil opleve området og byerne i Cinque Terre, så er byen La Spezia et perfekt udgangspunkt for at komme rundt med tog til det hele, også området syd for La Spezia ned til byen Viareggio. Og som turist der rejser med tog, så er La Casa di Gabriella et rigtigt godt valg kun 5 min. gang fra stationen. Det er billigt og har køleskab til de kølige drikke som der altid er brug for i det dejlige solrige og varme vejr. Lejligheden er delt i tre rum på 4.sal, hvor vi i vores rum på ca. 15 kvadratmeter havde det vi skulle bruge. Toilet/bad er fælles med de to øvrige værelser, men det virker ikke til at være besværligt. Det hele er selvbetjening - den eneste kontakt foregår pr. mail og med post-it, og med den smilende rengøring. Vær sikker på hvad du skal betale i turist tax. Morgenmad foregår på café 5 min. gang fra overnatningsstedet - ok, men det kan let spares og gøres bedre selv. Det er begrænset og ret beset kun en kop kaffe/te/juice og et par kager. På de lune aftener er der megen stemning på pladsen nedenfor værelserne.

Foi tranquila, entretanto, tivemos um pequeno inconveniente com a escuridão do prédio ao chegarmos, mas logo aprendemos onde ligar as luzes.

Does a job

One of three rooms in an apartment and part of an old block of faded grandeur. The area isn’t great but it’s very close to the station and a short walk to the nicer part of town. Car parking is free in a public car park and a distance from the rooms so not ideal if you want to pop to the car quickly. Overall it did the job though. Shared bathroom with tiny shower. But everything was really clean and the room nice. Breakfast in a cafe a short walk away.

This BnB is located on a square close to the train station which is very convenient. That said, there is graffiti all over the building and trash in the streets 9not clean like our city center stays during the trip, Check in was difficult as there was no answer when ringing the flat and once we were able to communicate enough to have someone call the phone number on the door the owner spoke very little English so we definitely had a problem even getting into the building and finding our room. Breakfast is provided several blocks away and there is no coffee in the room. Generally a clean room but the coffee cup tray and coffee cups were dirty. Made us wonder about the rest of the room... We specifically choose this hotel because of self service laundry and the washing machine did not work. It was eventually fixed but to late for laundry to line dry.

Huoneistoa ei ollut ihan helppo löytää, mutta sisäänkirjautuminen oli järjestetty varsin asiakasystävällisesti omatoimiseksi. Huoneisto sijaitsee suhteellisen lähellä rautatieasemaa ja kauppaa. Turistien täyttämät kadut ja junat, vaikka ei ollut turistikausi.

Location ok, all the rest to be improved.

I choosed this B&B because of its good location, close to the railway station. At the end of my experience I can confirm that this was the only good characteristic. The relationship with the owner was really bad, I did not have the opportunity to know him, I just received all the instructions via email. The room was clean and confortable. To have breakfast I was forced to go to a bar, I definitely cannot say that it was a good experience.

Its a room with a bed!

Our experience did not start well as no one even meets you. Everything is done by email very weird and disconcerting. Secondly we were to pay by credit card (arranged in advance) however we were informed that we must pay with cash. This was not something we had planned paying for 3 nights in cash. Another issue is the location...its a ghetto, if you go out at night be very careful. Lots of crime in this area. The last problem is...NO AIR Conditioning.

N'y allez pas / do not go in this hotel

De l'arnaque! Je pense que les propriétaires sont des gens malhonnêtes qui se font de l'argent facile. J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet endroit et n'ai vu personne. J'ai reçu un code par mail pour ouvrir la porte et j'ai été priée de déposer l'argent dans la chambre. Il s'agit en fait d'un appartement à trois chambres. J'avais réservé une chambre avec salle de bain privée, qui s'est avérée être dans le couloir. Sur mes réclamations (par mail...), il m'a été répondu que vu que l'autre chambre était vide, la salle de bain était bien que pour nous. Pour le reste, le parking gratuit se trouve à au moins 5 min de marche, le petit déjeuner (1 café, 1 jus, 1 croissant) doit être pris dans un café à 5-10 min de marche, la propreté du lieu est douteuse et enfin je n'ai jamais eu un hotel si bruyant, comme si les fenêtres étaient inexistantes. Donc fuyez! Tant que des gens iront chez ce genre de personne, elle n'auront aucune raison de changer et continueront d'être des voleurs!

Nice spot. Be ready for city noise from the plaza

Stay was good. Room was great. Be prepared for city and people noise as the plaza out front is heavily used by the general public and events, etc.

Beaucoup de bruit en soirée, mais ça se termine vers 22 hres. La Spezia est très agréable, possibilité de visiter les Cinque Terre et Portovenere facilement en voyage d'une journée.

je n'aime pas les mauvaises surprises.

une première nuit avec une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui m'avait été proposé: un seul lit pour 3 (2 adultes et un ado), une salle de bain en commun avec une autre chambre, un quartier un peu malfamé...ce qui reste incompréhensible est qu'il y avait bien une chambre correspondant à ce qui m'avait été proposé, mais elle est restée inoccupée 3 jours sur 4!Mieux quand on a été changé le 2ème jour, mais salle de bain en commun malgré tout.

Por empezar, no tenìamos el e-mail de la encargada para anunciar nuestra llegada, ya que la misma, no sabìa hablar ingles y no respondió a nuestro pedido. Tuvimos que pedirle a un primo- que habla italiano- que se comunique por nosotros. En segundo lugar, la recepción fue floja y confusa. La encargada del lugar estaba muy apurada al punto de no mirarnos a la cara y hacer otras cosas mientras nos hablaba. Por otra parte, quiso cobrarnos nuevamente la estadìa, por falta de información, tuvimos que pedirle que se comunique con la dueña porque ya habìamos efectuado el pago. La zona donde está ubicado el edificio es muy feo, por la noche se ve peligroso. Hay una plaza con gente extraña que desde la mañana hasta la media noche estàn haciendo ruido...a veces se sientan en la puerta del edifico aunque no molestan pero no es muy agradable. La habitación tiene un aspecto viejo pero es confortable, hay wifi y la cama es cómoda. No tiene buena vista. El baño es compartido con las otras dos habitaciones y eso hace que uno esté limitado a la hora de querer usarlo. El dasayuno está bastante bien, no lo brindan en el mismo lugar, hay que trasladarse a un bar que queda a dos cuadras, la atención en el mismo es muy amable.

그닥 추천하기엔,,,,

일단 라스페치아에 묵었던 이유가 친퀘테레 방문이 목적이었는데,, 기차역에서도 그리 먼거리는 아니지만 체크인 허용시간이 합리적이지 못함.. 호텔이라기 보다 주인이 따로 지내는 홈스테이 같은 곳인데 주인이 함께 거주하지 않으니 체크인시간이 협소함. 기차 연착으로 6시? 쯤 도착했는데 이미 체크인 시간을 넘었다고 함.. 그나마 주인이 있을때라 체크인은 가능했지만, 저녁시간대나 심야시간대 체크인은 절대 불가한 업체임. 그리고 깔끔하긴 하지만 공용화장실/욕실이라 이것도 불편하고,, 조식을 주는 곳이 인근 식당인 모양인데 쿠폰같은 것을 줌, 이걸 가지고 가서 먹어야 하는데, 주인이 영어가 안되는 분이라 설명을 이해하기 힘들었던지라 식당을 찾지못하고 결국 아침을 못먹음,,, ㅜㅜ 한국분들에게는 추천하기 힘듦, 다만 싼곳을 찾는다면 라스페치아에서는 가장 저렴한 수준의 숙소일듯 함.
