"The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too. The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service especially if you plan on spending most of the trip in Ortisei. The hotel came with a free bus pass for the entire stay. I am already planning my next trip to the Dolomites and will be looking to staying here again."

"This beautiful old hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the Dolomites. We loved the view from the room, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The hotel is located above a small store, so you can easily find snacks, sandwiches or gelato. The only thing lacking was the ability to make coffee in our room."

"One of my favorite hotel stays EVER. Their service was exceptional. I left very early in the morning to hike, and they had my car pulled up front and a breakfast box packed. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful / I almost cried when I left. The spa is incredible, took one of the best naps of my life there. Also the dinner at their restaurant was exceptional. Truly a magical place that will stay with me long after I have left."

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, likely because they have been recently fully remodeled. The bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. The breakfast is good, and they even prepared a breakfast bag for us because we had to leave early before the restaurant opened. The only area for improvement is the main dish at dinner."
