"I booked the hotel room same day because I arrived at the Santiago airport a day early. They were very accommodating because within hours of booking the room they were able to send a shuttle to the airport to get me. The airport shuttle is included in the price of the room. The amount that I paid for this rule is at least equivalent to a 3-star hotel in the United States and the service was much much better much more attentive and comfortable. I would stay there again, I would stay there long term, the staff is top notch."

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Went to cielo rooftop bar had the fish with pasta and ceviche were really tasty, had two leechyee martinis, they were warm. Overall i would come back. Great location, very clean room, welcoming staff and very helpful."
