"I was very disappointed. This property was rated at 9/10. I reserved for the night based on this rating. I would not rate it any higher than 6 or 7 out of 10. At check the lady barely acknowledged we were there. I don't think she said 10 words. I feel we were interrupting her movie. As we walked through the breakfast area I noticed creamer packets (2 or 3) on the floor Second, there was no working ice maker. Third, one of the lights on the wall did not have a light bulb. When I asked for one at the desk she said, " Are you really going to need that light?". Next there was a vent in the bathroom that was held together with duct tape. Very poor. Lastly, we put some things in the refrigerator and this morning they were warm. The refrigerator was not working. This is most definitely a 9/10 establishment. We travel through this area 2-4 times a year and will not stay here again."

"Suzanne at the front desk was very short and close to rude to me. I had been driving all day...already paid for my reservation on line prior to check in so I should have been able to relax after a shower and sleep as I still had 10 more hours of traveling to do the next day. She called me shirtly after I checked in and asked me to come back to the front desk to pay an additional fee of 25$ after my 50$ pet deposit, but wouldnt just run my card on file. My neighbors across the hall must have been drinking for a while.. the whole end of the hall smelled like alcohol and they were in and out of the room all night...waking me and my pet up. I slept maybe for 2 hours. Had to turn off the AC unit as it was humming loudly and put off a mildew smell when it was running. I finally gave up on sleep about 4am and checked out. No coffee available and another rude front desk person, no name tag. Hotel is nice, Staff is not."

"Upon check in we were not provided any information on the hotel amenities. We did not know there was a restuarant, bar or spa. The next morning, room service delivered to the room next to us at 7:00 am and annouced they were at the door loudly waking us up. They then let the door slam shut when entering the room and leaving. My husband left with what appears to be flea bites - they allow dogs in this hotel. When he notified the front desk they just said "ok" they did not ask what room we were in or say that they would notify the manager."

"The property was a great location it allowed us to walk to most of our activities. The room was clean and the staff and services were great! My one complaint was I used Trivago/ Expedia for booking and the rate was quoted as all Taxes and Fees included!! Upon arrival I learned I had to pay $80 dollars in parking fees. I was not happy about that! The young Lady at check in said she would try and help with that and did not. There was plenty of vacant parking available and I feel ripped off. I would like to stay at the property again but will have to take that under consideration"
