It was a good experience overall. The flushing mechanism for the toliet was broken when we arrived, but maintenance fixed that quickly when we called anout it.

Customer services out the door.

Did not get a chance to go on trip. My car was stolen n the hotel was not willing to accommodate me in no way. The hotel wanted me to pay another $250 for penalties n cancellation. I had no control of this situation. I lost $250.00. That was not being considered for changing to another date. I was not looking for a refund but at least let me consider letting me change the date.

Not worth the money I was charged. I had to get the bed changed; stains were on bedding, bed tub had to be cleaned because it was dirty, spider webs were in the bathroom. Obviously the room had not been cleaned in a while.

Beds were really hard, tossed and turned all night. Water went out, no ice, front desk people were rude when first checking in. Dog hair all over lobby couch.

Reservation for 3 adults, not 2

It was an average room. Little things would have made it better. Reservations were for 3 adults, yet there were only 2 sets of towels in the room, only enough coffee for 2 cups. I understand if there are usually only 2 guests in the room, but when we checked in, they could have given us another set. As I said, reservation was for 3 adults.
