Chardonnay was working at the desk and she was phenomenal. She was very well spoken, pleasant, and approachable. It only took me less than five minutes to check in, and she explained all the amenities that was offered. This is my second time staying here and it is always a pleasure.

Excellent service. Matina went out of her way to search for something we left behind after check out. The rooms were cleaned well after the first night. The pillows were hard and the water took a long time to get warm and never really got hot. We were very sad that the pool was not heated as it was the last time we were here.

Very well pleased

Very clean room; pool was clean and awesome; staff was very helpful and efficient; even had fresh cookies and crackers and cheese in lobby. When we needed something they brought it within the next minute. Breakfast was very good. Just one suggestion, bring a tub gripper mat as it was very slippery. Also, pool area is slippery.

Good/Better hotel for area

A few repairs in room:( seems like a newer hotel) bathroom under sink wall damaged and not completely finished patch, grout in shower some minor wk needed, and plug issues on side of bed. Good coldness from Air and frig.

There were some black bugs in the bathroom. They refused to give any additional towels. The second night at 2:48am the fire alarm was pulled. The front desk lady was frantic and the fire department had to show up to show her where the reset button was. The best part was checking out that receptionist was kind and friendly, and laughed with us about our horrible experience.

Fine, not great. Not quite smoke-free.

The front desk staff was polite, and the onsite mini cafe area had coffee and tea available 24/7. However, we did have some negative experiences in this hotel. When we got off the elevator for our floor, the stench of marijuana was horrific. I reported this to the front desk, and someone came up a little while later to spray air freshener in the hallway. Considering that we were reminded at check-in that it was a smoke-free hotel, this was an interesting solution. The rooms were extremely tight on space. (We had double queen configuration.) The beds were comfortable, and the toiletries were pleasant (Dove brand). The rooms overall looked like you were in an old hotel that was rebranded. We also decided not to use the indoor pool since the water looked cloudy. I would not select this hotel again if I was in the area.

This hotel stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only small problem there was is not enough dining space in the breakfast area, which made it a tad crowded. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Let’s not allow unwanted guests

Stay went pretty well with seamless check in. However roaches were found in 2 of 3 of the rooms. Will not revisit for that reason alone
