"Stayed here for 3 nights. Very convenient location 5 min walk from Roma Termini and the metro. Sufficient restaurants in area. For the regular double room w/queen sized bed, bed and pillows were decently comfortable. The room was on the smaller side, tho wasn’t cramped and sufficed for our length of stay. The bathroom was larger than we expected, with shower, toilet, bidet, towel rack (over the bidet), sink and a brightly lit mirror. The rack above the bidet was very high for someone who is under 5’6” to reach. Appreciated the two sets of slippers. Good hot water pressure and clean towels. The shower gel/shampoo (similar to other stays on this trip) unfortunately had fragrance included that caused eczema for my sensitive skin. There is no ventilator in the bathroom which was ok in April as we opened the windows to get cool circulation however I can see this being an issue during the summer as there are also trash bins in the courtyard downstairs (our room was on the 1st floor, so fairly close) and I could already get a whiff of the odor. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC though we could see a AC unit in the room, again ok since in April nights were pretty cool so we opened the windows. However it would be useful to have instructions for this. Medium-sized wardrobe with several hangers. Good sized safe included. The staff were wonderful at Yes Hotel, always greeting us with a smile when we arrived, from check-in to check out. "

"The first room didn’t have hot water. And the ac didn’t work. In April the ac isn’t turned on. We were moved to another room the next day and did have hot water that night. It was still hot in the room. Breakfast buffet was just ok. "

"Very nice hotel in an area within walking distance to trains, restaurants, shopping. Walking distance or short bus ride to Colesseum and many other ruins. Very helpful staff, clean comfy room, nice breakfast. "

"We loved the hotel. All of the staff was so kind and helpful, even gave us great recommendations of places to go! We arrived a little early and they were able to get our room ready quickly. It was also very nice to have the option of having breakfast and coffee there before starting our day. We would definitely stay there again."

"Breakfast was great. Just the location at night is a bit rough but overall not that bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room size was fairly large. Great walking distance to some attractions "

"Overall, this was a nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ate dinner at restaurant once, very good food. 2 complimentary bottles of water per day. 2 lifts are handy and can hold all your luggage if needed. Wifi works fine from the room, TV has English channels. Fairly quiet. Location is right across from Tiburtina train/metro station. Many places close by to order coffee, however nice restaurants are about half mile away. Wish they had been closer. I recommend Belli e Brilli for their pasta and Caesar salad. Design is modern if you like that. However, as is the case many times with modern design, sometimes functionality is lacking. Examples: Toiler paper holder is on the wall behind the toilet seat and not accessible while you're sitting unless you're a contortionist. A/C thermostat doesn't seem to work properly - if I set to a given temp before going to bed, I'll wake up a few hours later too cold and have to turn off the A/C completely. No bar soap holder in the shower. No place for my wife to sit down and apply makeup. For this reason, I can't recommend this superior room for a couple - might be fine for a single. I estimate size of the room to be around 220 sf, not huge but not tiny considering this is Rome."
