It does have an elevator but depending on where your room is you might have to go up/down a few steps. The staff helped with our bags and answered all our questions. Breakfast was really nice. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old city. Ravenna is a beautiful old city full of gorgeous mosaics and good food. Enjoy"
