"This listing on Expedia is deceptive. The property is not at the location on the map, and no one in the town had ever heard of it. I tried to contact the property at least 10 times in the weeks leading up to my reservation via phone, Expedia messages, and WhatsApp in both English and the local language and never received one reply. In the end, I had to just pay for additional lodging somewhere else. I hope I can get a refund, but no luck so far."

"When we arrived they had already checked someone in under our name - after 20-30 minutes they rectified the issue and we were shown to our room. The rooms were okay although people in the corridor can see straight through if the lights are on so make sure you keep the blinds closed. The pool/bar area is quite chaotic and can be a challenge to find a seat even if you are staying in house. There were a lot of people there just using the wifi and not buying anything preventing in house guests from having a seat and buying drinks etc. The hotel is incredible noisey there is no other way to describe it. You hear every interaction in the corridors, chairs being moved on the pool deck above and Thai all starts from early in the morning till late evening. Although the hotel advises it (to a fashion) it’s unbelievably noisey and this is not somewhere to stay if you are looking for restful sleep."
"Absolutely loved our stay here - rooms were big, beautiful and clean. Pool was amazing and overlooks the beach with the most stunning of sunsets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."
"What a great resort! Not only is the view specular from the balconies but the rooms are also amazing with great facilities and thought-out layout.
Buffet breakfast was massive with so many options from hot to cold, including pancake and egg station.
Gym onsite, 2 restaurant/bar options, multiple levels to sit and chill including the wharf Pool.
Staff is friendly and inviting"
"My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking.
I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. This checked all those boxes at $39 Canadian for the night
• Food at restaurant was reasonably priced and good (85,000 for Nasi Goreng and a Bintang beer- a local beer)
• Pool was good and enjoyed the led lighting at night
• Rooms were simple and adequate.
• Water is complimentary in the restaurant by refill (no bottles in room.)
• No mosquito netting in room but I didn’t see mosquitoes in the room.
• Town is a bit of a drive and will cost 70,000 for a car so if you want to be in the mix of things this may not be for you but there was a convenience store close by
• Tours will include pick up for this location it’s not super far just not in the downtown core"
