"Great "

"The room was up to expectations: clean, well laid out, ready for us. The staff, especially James, was cordial and very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, yet very good with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, potatoes, and oatmeal. Other choices filled out continental breakfast. We especially enjoyed the trail around 2 ponds for our morning walk. Last, the Sushi bar 2 doors down was a pleasant surprise—so good we ate there twice!"

"Recently stayed at this lovely hotel! The staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient, I don't think I have ever checked into a hotel that quickly! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only thing I found confusing was where to enter the hotel as it can't be seen from where you pull in the parking lot, it's on the opposite end of the building, but then very easy to pull in the parking deck."

"Pros: -Staff was kind -Housekeepers are doing a great job! They came by everyday and restocked (I always have an issue with this at the higher end hotels). -Beds were comfy (minus the bed cover) -New A/C unit Cons: -Room had a smell -Pool closed 2/3 days we were there -Breakfast hours were inconvenient for us so we didn't partake thus adding to our expenses of eating out (6am-8am) -No closet, has a weird built in divider (Note to hotel: This item needs to be restored/Painted or replaced because it makes the room look old along with the carpet. Also the outside of the building looks like hotel transelvania. It desperately needs a painting to something more vibrant. The yellow lights in the hallways make it look tired and old. Maybe also add smell to the main vents. The hotel has alot of potential. It just needs updates. Overall it should have been a little less expensive imo, but all Austin seems to be higher. Im sure the current owners are going to do a great job with transforming the hotel 🙂"

"Door keys card need update. Lost code on cards several times on 3rd floor. Staff relocated us to 4th floor and they worked perfectly"

"The property could be a little better maintained. The water was barely warm when I took a shower. I didn't have any issues with my room. I did sleep well. Bedding and bathroom were both clean."
