The hotel needs updates. Many things were out of order for either all or part of our stay. There is only one ice machine in the hotel and it wasn’t working. A luggage lift is required to access the floors with wheeled luggage or a luggage cart but it was finicky and did not work when we arrived. ...

Hotel Classique
Room was clean. Only heat available was in the bedroom. When we were in the kitchen, the only thing we had were a AC Wall unit that wasn't delivering heat.
