"Check-in was easy and staff were very helpful with questions and scheduling pickups when checking out. Rooms were very clean and well taken care of and housekeeping did a great job. Hotel was very close to many restaurants and shops, very walkable. For places further away the main train station was within a 10 min walk."

"Nice rooms that were decent sized for such a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was NO AIR CONDITIONING, although provided 2 fans in my room. But in August it still led to me having poor sleep. I note this as it’s the first and only time I’ve stayed in a hotel in a major city that lacked A/C. Another downside is if you leave luggage behind, it’s kept in the open where often there is no hotel staff to ensure bags are secure. But other than these two nitpicks, it was a wonderful stay."

"Hotel is helpfully close to the train and bus station- allowed us to get around easily. We used the hotel as a base but spent our days travelling around to different cities and villages so only used the room in the evenings. It is worth a note that there is no air-conditioning when hot so keep this in mind."
