"One of our favourite hotels - the staff were great, the location perfect for the city centre and the view from the suites at the back was stunning - all the way up the mountains to the ski-lift and beyond. Were very friendly with the dog (who was allowed in downstairs terrace and the upstairs bar). Operate an honesty bar on the upstairs bar which was great. Would heartily recommend"

"Amazing! Was there 2 nights and still didn't experience the whole place. Will absolutely come back! Highly recommend the stay and the food was divine. I would recommend brushing up on your German as there were few English speakers (though those that did were very accommodating) and signage was not very direct. A must see/stay! "

"What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back! "

"Great place to stay with large, clean rooms. The pool was fun for the kids, but I wish it stayed open longer. They do offer a unique parking experience but be aware that only the small cars will fit in the garage. Overall, a great place to stay with many dining options within easy walking distance. We would stay here again!"
