The stay at the Sheraton is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only bad encounter on this last stay was the valet parking. Not being allow to take my car out having a handicap person to transport was horrible and wrong. We were told if we take our car out they would not be able to take it back in. We were told to walk, get a taxi or take a Uber. If the hotel was paying for then fine.
