"The staff was very accommodating when I wanted to check in early. My room was ready very quickly and I got upgraded to a tower view room. The building is beautiful, staff is helpful, and the hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of town. My only thing I would warn others about is that there’s currently construction being done, so you’ll hear noises from the construction crew, but it didn’t bother me as I was gone most of the day anyways. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Reykjavík!"

"Overall, my stay was excellent, especially because of the great location. The room was a bit small for two people, and only one towel per person was provided for our four-day stay. "Staying here was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and the desk was staffed 24/7, which was so convenient. It was completely silent at night. One of our best nights sleep of our trip. Pods were well laid out so there was plenty of room for 2 adults and all of our luggage. Bathrooms were nice and well stocked. Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. The kitchen was well-stocked with add-ons (beverages, mostly). There is a laundry service with reasonable prices, but I didn’t use it so I can’t speak to the quality of the service. The room was very clean, no weird smell. The location was great. When I am next in Reykjavik, I will absolutely be staying here again!"

"Very quiet area of town outside Reykjavik. Hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities. Only scary part was someone walking into our hotel room at 2am because the door wasn’t closed properly. Didn’t learn till after that you have to lift door for it to properly lock. Overall, was a nice stay"

"We really enjoyed our time in our static bus. The views of the mountain were superb, and it was nice to be able to walk some way up the side of it, to about 150 m. I could have gone higher if I was suitably equipped. The bus itself was well equipped, though the kettle took a long time to boil. We planned our hot drinks well in advance. Linda was very helpful and supplied a bowl to do the dishes as there was no stopper in the sink. The toilets and showers were close by and worked very well. Great location close to the highway with good views over the bay towards Reykjavik."
