"Hotel’s in a great spot near the beach of Laganas. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfy, there was great water pressure in the shower and staff were helpful and welcoming. There’s no lift/elevator which is tricky if you have suitcases and not on the ground floor or if you have issues with stairs - our bags were carried up to the room, and we took them down ourselves on checkout. The one negative for me is that the hallway noises were loud in the room eg people talking or going up and down the stairs. Felt like the walls were a little thin. Stay was great though."

"The hotel looks absolutely beautiful and gives very luxurious feel. I loved the way that even when the resort was full you always had space for yourself. Food was great, cleaning staff amazing and it was also great to have access to showers if you were leaving in the afternoon after you checked out. All staff except one lady at the bar (working in the morning) were amazing and I hope I’ll see them there next time too. They really ensured that you feel like you have everything you need. Rafael and the crew were always proactive and ensuring you have space for your food, ladies at reception were amazing all of them and cleaning ladies always smiling and leaving your room so tidy. One negative as mentioned above was the lady at the bar near pool, I’m not sure if that’s her character or she’s just bored with her job but she was extremely rude to people. I witnessed this few times myself when I was standing nearby and it wasn’t pleasant experience. I overheard her complaining about the money the hotel gives her, telling off customers who just arrived that they have to pay extra for iced tea and that she doesn’t care they’re all inclusive because everyone is all inclusive (it could have been said more nicer) or rolling eyes every time she had to stand up and saw queue near bar. "
