"The room was spotless, the room and bed comfortable. We had a fantastic patio with great views. The location is a short walk to the train station or in to the central of town. All the staff we welcoming, we enjoyed the breakfast offered as well as choosing to have dinner in the hotel, it was very good."

"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Cannot fault anything really. Even when we struggled to find parking, the staff were kind enough to add the underground carpark to our key card!"

"Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet. "

"It was just what we needed after a hectic week. It was extremely peaceful and clean. We wanted to spread out with my husband (beds are somewhat small in Europe) and the sofa couch was perfect.
Breakfast was amazing and great service completed our stay.
Remember, to get that level of peace you need to be outside of the city, so a car is a must when staying here."
