"Pros: 1. The pool looks nice; however , we didn't use it. 2. The apartment is so big with huge balcony. Cons: 1. The Apartment and the balcony were so dirty. 2. The bathroom had tons of mosquitos everywhere. 3. No trash pins in the bedroom, the living area or the kitchenette. 4. You get hot water for just few minutes, after that it turns to cold. When we asked about it, we were told to have to be quick when you shower. 6. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. 7. We got the room so late, close to 4 pm so it was waste for our day."

"Overall had a great experience- good breakfast and excellent location (few minutes walk to algar seco). Our room was clean and it is accurate to the picture shown. Lidia and Natalia did a great job cleaning our room :)"

"I would say this is a 4 star hotel at best. We definitely expected more from this hotel. The issues in isolation aren’t too bad, but combined, it has left us disappointed: * brought to our room 20 minutes after check in because it wasn’t ready. * The shower was clogged. They did address this immediately when we requested maintenance * One of the outlets beside the bed did not work. They addressed this immediately upon us bringing it up. * no fresh water available in our room when we arrived. * Pool deck is not in order - several slats should be replaced & majority of the loungers are sunken in. * Construction at the hotel that we did not know about upon booking. This didn’t impact us but it is worth noting. * Expedia listing is slightly deceiving as it mentions white sand beach. you can’t access this beach from the hotel. * Silly complaint but we are here on our honeymoon and saw other reviews were welcomed with a gift - we did not get this. Again, not huge deals in isolation but combined, this does not define a 5 star hotel. What’s good: * the location - 4.5/5, stunning views. * The breakfast is included - 5/5 - tons of options and open at reasonable times. * one gentleman at the pool - excellent customer service. Upon checkout we expressed our concerns and the response was “how would you like to pay” lol"

"truly 10/10 experience. couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a beautiful & relaxed getaway. we took our 7 month old daughter and the resort was so accommodating and baby friendly. we had the best time, nothing negative. staff is incredibly helpful and kind. food was spectacular, views are truly next level. rooms were clean and spacious. the beach is stunning. the property is so well maintained, gorgeous landscaping and very vibrant. loved it and will be back!!"

"Nicely located with a great pool and garden with plenty of loungers and parasols. A short walk from a few beautiful beaches and 5 or 6 very good and restaurants/bars than are reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful and welcoming - not once did we see a member of staff walk past an empty glass or piece of litter without stopping to pick it up and bin it. Parts of the hotel are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and well kept"

"This property was a great find! It was immaculate. The townhouses were nestled in well manicured landscaping. The club house was wonderful with breakfast that was decent. The location was 8 mins to the center of town. Our only observation was that the vilas was in need of modernization. The decor needed refreshing. The washing machine and dishwasher didn't work. The cooking appliance were great though and you had everything you needed to make a simple meal. Overall, we had a lovely stay and our dinner at the restaurant was amazing!"
