"The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house."

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"The property was placed right in the middle of the town. Nicely positioned was the beach and the craft shops. The airport is only 10 minutes away. The staff was very nice and friendly."

"The vacation experience was wonderful - good food, friendly staff and overall good service. The only two negatives for me would be the „Sports Bar“ - the day we went, the food was terrible, and the lights went out! We couldn‘t eat the food, it was like they took frozen food and dropped it in the air-fryer and served it. Don‘t recommend eating there. Otherwise, the other restaurants, Mo-Bay, Blue Lagoon & Poseidon had good food, variety of choices and we stuck with those. Had I stayed longer I would have tried the Mexican, Italian and Asian restaurants. There are 10 choices on the complex so you are bound to find something you can enjoy to eat. The rooms are clean, well-kept and spacious. The only other draw back is for our return back to airport we ended up with „Destination Services“ as the 3rd party transportation and the rep (either Hyacyinth/Samantha) she did not identify herself and she was rude and wasted 3 hours of my vacation trying to get a „confirmation date“ for our return when everyone on the grounds (Including Expedia) knew when we were scheduled to leave. This was a stressful time for me and my anxiety level increased which caused me distress as we had a flight out the next day. When attempting to contact them via phone/what‘s app they weren‘t responsive and told us they were in meetings (for 3 hours). Eventually after contacting Expedia, we were passed off to another 3rd Party Holiday Services transport which was a better experience. Don‘t use Destination!"

"Overall, we had a great time staying at iberostar. I'd definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Jamaica. Pros: 1. Amazing food!!! The food really exceeded our expectations. We tried different cuisines and we loved most of the things that we ate. There were a few items that we weren't a big fan of, but overall, I'd say it was a very positive experience. 2. Super friendly staff - we were just blown away by the staff that worked at the resort. They are so friendly, polite and very helpful and were very playful with my 17 month old daughter. 3. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cons: 1. Guests cannot visit past 6 pm! This rule caught me off guard. I had some local friends that visited me at 9 pm and they were refused entry. I had to step outside the resort and go to a local bar to meet my friends. 2. AC temp not going below 19.5°C. If you want the room to be colder, it's not going to be possible. I also noticed other sections of the resort that didn't have AC throughout the day. 3. After checking in, they would send you to the concierge. The concierge will give you some hotel credits in exchange for a timeshare presentation. You are not obligated to take that. Be polite but firm and tell them that you're not interested. Things to know: 1. They do not have plastic or paper straws(you will need to bring your own) 2. They do not let you pack your food to take it back to the room. Whatever u order at any restaurant will have to be eaten there."

"S Hotel Montego Bay was absolutely wonderful. The service was exceptional, the Jamaican food was delicious, and the atmosphere was deeply relaxing. I especially loved how close the hotel was to the white sandy beach, as well as the peaceful cabanas surrounding the pool. What made the stay even more special were the beautiful cultural touches and artifacts throughout the property that celebrated Jamaican history and heritage. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience feel truly memorable. I was also blessed to learn that the hotel is Jamaican-owned, which made the hospitality feel even more meaningful with all the fun activities every day. My only complaint is that my stay was far too short. I look forward to returning soon and bringing others with me. An excellent all-inclusive hotel."
