Best vacay in Lagos♥️

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, quiet and safe. Staff was warm and friendly. We had 24 hour power and WiFi. Excellent coffee shop and several lounges in walking distance. It was the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do. I highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Such a great place!

I recently stayed at George Residence for a week, and was impressed with the space—it offered two air conditioned bedrooms, a kitchen, and three bathrooms, which made it very comfortable. The sizing was excellent, and the service throughout my stay was great. The decor was phenomenal! One of the best features was having a kitchen-clothes washing machine, dishwashing machine, sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator. It was a real bonus to be able to cook meals and not rely on eating out every day. Another major advantage was the location—directly across the street, there’s a large gym. It can be hard to find gyms in this area, so having one so close was a real convenience for keeping up with my fitness routine. There were just a couple of drawbacks. The windows didn’t close tightly, which allowed mosquitoes to get in more easily. Also, the water pressure in one of the bathrooms wasn’t the best, though it wasn’t a major issue since there were additional bathrooms to use. Overall, this was a great stay, and I definitely plan to book again many times in the future.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff was always polite and helpful. Even before arriving, their correspondences were timely and accommodating. The place is also very quiet. Our stay felt very private and personal. I highly recommend this place.

My only problem was the shower, it didn't allow the water to go down so the area flooded whilst showering.. Everything else was perfect. You should definitely book your stay there. My husband and I love it

Property seemed rundown and was rather noisy. Having a kitchen was nice and grocery stores are close by. The pool area was nice but the pool itself was rather murky. It seemed not to have been cleaned in some time. Housekeeping can be arranged at your convenience. Overall, the place has potential but is not as nice as the picture suggests.

Disappointing/dirty

This property has real potential, but unfortunately didn't quite make the cut. The cleaners are terrible when it comes to attention to detail. They would mop the floors with a dirty mop head and no bleach or cleaning solution and think it's clean! Most kitchen items were filthy and the the towels were stained and smelled terrible. Then we waited hours several days just to get replacements. The sidewalk is more comfortable than the beds. The blankets were stained and severely used with only a thin duvet sheet to cover them. Location was central to many places, but not worth the price they charge per night. Need many cosmetic upgrades and should come with more kitchen supplies for longer stays. Don't expect much if you book here, you'll be disappointed.

Staying at this property is easily the worst decision I have made in my life. The front desk chubby female Oma, her rude manager ( a Yoruba lady) and the gateman David ( a man who had bleached his skin) all threatened me all because I chose to extend my stay by an extra day on Expedia (I didn’t even lodge much in the property, just needed a place to stay around family in Lekki till my flight back home). Only for me to be lied to persistently that the lekki room I booked and confirmed was in ikoyi. I thought this was very stupid! Because i made the same booking 2 days prior and i just extended the stay in lekki. The confirmation said stay in lekki. But blockhead Oma wouldn’t stop arguing that I booked ikoyi And I needed to leave or be forced out. Yes she threatened me and said her manager will not be this nice. She eventually called the bleached block head gateman to interfere and get me and my stuff out of the room, even when I showed her confirmation of my stay for an extra night. She said I will have to go to ikoyi by force. It will not be well with all of you who ruined my trip

I really felt safe here. I was skeptical about using them because there were no Expedia reviews. But I googled them and found about 83 reviews that were very positive. As soon as we checked into our apartment, my children were dancing and doing back flips because we had just come from a differen booking that was subpar in quality and service. In my experience, one thing was clear: the owner of this place understands customer experience and strives to deliver it through the quality of staff/furnishings/amenities. However, the space is very tight because the neighborhood is premium land like New York so I understand. Francis impressed me after we checked out and he found our shoes in the trash. He immediately took a picture and sent to me thinking that I forgot the shoes. But these were shoes that developed issues during the trip so we threw them out. Victoria was just outstanding when we showed up without notice. She confidently said to me: "You will like it here". An employee who knows she delivers excellence. Tochi was also very pleasant and quick to call for assistance. I pray these employees can grow because they are part of the positive experience, which can be rare in Nigeria.
