"The people and place were welcoming and helpful. From dealing with a medical emergency to finding a last minute ride to the airport, our hosts could not have been more lovely. "This is a great hotel for a nice quiet getaway. Always opt for the all inclusive. It is worth it. This hotel is on the beach amd has great food options. A beach bar and an indoors bar. An olympic size pool and a kids pool. I got upgraded to a villa with it's own lounging deck and infinity pool! It was amazing! This is more of an adults hotel but there were families there. It is a top class hotel. The drinks were top quality for an all inclusive hotel. Eg: vodka was circo and we also had 120 euro bottles pf champagne included. Also has 3 a la carte restaurants as well as the usual buffet. Has live singers in the bar in the evenings. Has onsite shops for amenities. Is nearby the airport and the capital Heraklion."

They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap.
