"When we arrived at 3;30 workers were banging and drilling to change door locks in Delameter House. When we returned at 8pm, we couldn’t get the key to work in our door. I call the front desk on my cell. No one answered. My husband finally got the door open. In the room, there were no plugs near the bed to charge phones, there was a light over one bed, but not the other and the window labeled emergency exit was painted shut, a safety violation, I’m sure. In short, it was an annoying and disappointing stay"

"Let's start with the hotel's sketchy booking practices! I made my reservation and paid in full. When I arrived, I was told we're fully booked. "NO ROOM!" It wasn't just me. There was a lobby full of folks (not an exaggeration) who'd made reservations, paid and were VERY UPSET (no expletives here) because they'd driven hundreds of miles only to be told "NO ROOM." Thankfully, Hotels.com did me right and found me a room for the evening... although it did require an additional 30-mile commute! Next, this place is horribly understaffed. When I arrived around 9pm, no one was at the desk. The gentleman handling the desk was cleaning rooms because he was also serving as housekeeping!!! So, my original reservation was from Friday, May 21 until Monday, May 25, 2026. I'd attempted to extend my reservation but been told that I could not. Instead, I made a separate reservation for Thursday. Because my first night's reservation was only for one night, that's what Hotels.com shifted my reservation for. After staying one night at the substitute hotel, I had to come back to this one for my previously scheduled reservation. Check-in was at 3pm so I arrived at 2pm just to be safe. Like before, there was no one at the front desk and there was a similar but smaller crowd already gathered. The young lady on desk duty was doing laundry and making up rooms and let's just say she wasn't happy about it!!! Bottom line: AVOID THIS HELLHOLE AS IF IT HAD A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE!!!"

10/10 Excellent

"Large room and large bathroom. Did not like placement of bathroom light switch. Hard to find in the dark so had to leave the light on. Suggest adding a night light. Electric plug near tv fridge and coffee maker nweds to be upgraded to four outlets. Put a night stand on the window side of the bed not just between beds. Add a second suitcase stand. The door had barricade that was beyond any I had ever seen in an upscale area. Probably it is just standard hardware. Anyhow, it VERY secure! Parking was plentiful. Right next to Comfort Inn & Suites so a bit confusing to find."

"If you stay here make sure they don’t put you on the 1st floor. My family and I will never be staying at this hotel again. We were put on the 1st floor and our room floor had water coming up from the seems everywhere. I told the front desk and the man there came to see and gave me extra towels to put on the floor. It didn’t help because the towels got soaked within an hour and then were just walking on wet towels. I told the front desk that we were very upset so she said they would have management call me and they never did. Also, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely empty. I didn’t realize it until I was actually in the shower so it was too late to tell anyone. Very disappointing."
