"The bed was hard as bricks. It was very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. They now charge you ten dollars a day to park in their parking lot. Where else are you supposed to park? You're already paying for the hotel room. It's ridiculous. There is no free breakfast anymore either."

"The room was clean but the cleaner they used or air freshener was overpowering in my opinion. The water had an earthy smell to it on the 8th floor. The stove in my room acted strangely and forced me to throw out my dinner because the burner I intended to cook on seemed to turn off while turned on and the rear burner would get hot without turning it on and then turn off. It was frustrating."

"The room I was initially given had a gutted A/C unit with exposure to the outdoor elements. I called front desk, where they proceeded to change rooms but offered no apology except that they had been out for a few days and did not know the room did not have an A/C unit."

"I did not read the hotel amenities clearly, and was shocked when checking in. Parking was $10 a day and no breakfast, coffee in office only. I should have read them more closely. All the king size beds are on the second floor. No elevator and steps are the short ones that are very hard to climb. All the rooms face towards the center with a very small pool in the middle. The kids screamed excitedly till the pool closed and then the adults stood on the balcony and got good and drunk till about midnight. With all the rooms facing inwards even a small sound is clearly heard in all rooms. It's a new hotel so it was clean."
