"Air conditioning was out in the lobby. No one was at front desk at 5pm on a Saturday. Once someone came to the front desk they said there was a delay in cleaning rooms due to short staff and they would call me. No call came. Checked back later at 10pm. No more rooms available and she said they were sold out. "

"Libby very clean, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. You can tell this is a newer property that is being well maintained. Breakfast was not to be taken out of lobby because of “critters” even though the room we rented had a kitchenette. I understand that food taken to rooms means lots of food wasted. "The pictures in the app are misleading. It’s a runned down property that got a facelift. Our door did not properly close due to the floor being crooked, which was a major safety concern. The room was dirty. Pool was cold, doesn’t seem like the heater was working. But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. "

"We really enjoyed our time at Bluffs Landing. The location and the room were very clean and hospitable. The staff was very kind and was able to give us some extra towels. The pool was very beautiful, but I can’t speak to how fun it was because it was too cold to swim The morning. Sunrise was absolutely incredible and we did not even need to leave our room. I would give six stars out of five."
