"We planned on staying here but the shower did not function and was told it would be over 2 hrs to repair it. They would not accommodate us into another room so we could shower. We had a funeral to attend that day and we expressed it them how important it was and they were rude. We ask for a refund of the charge and they kept coming us with all these excuses not refund us. Would not recommend at all."
