The property uses a bracelet for room key which is extremely convenient. You can pay at the restaurants using room number. Breakfast is awesome. Pools wee beautiful. Staff was great.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there last week. The experience of staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were consistently treated with respect and ALL staff went out of their way to make sure we received the best experience. What an amazing resort! There is so much to see and do and the grounds are absolutely breathtaking. From the adorable penguins and beautiful swans to the talking birds, it's all so lovely! The ocean view is spectacular! The resort has a walking path to Whaler's Village from the beach, making it the perfect evening stroll. The staff was superb and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to all my friends. Mahalo!
