"The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star. "

"Have been using this hotel for many years and will defintely continue staying here. At our last stay some issues were mentioned and the extent ti which these were addressed was very encouraging and in line with past experiences. It seems as if they have improved on already satisfactory service. Breakfast service and pool service are noticeable better. Room cleaning and turnover also seem to run in tighter schedules.
