Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast
10/10 Excellent
"Free breakfast and free airport shuttle is a big plus. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. ATM in lobby along with a business center. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend!!"
"The staff here truly went above and beyond! From the bell team to the front desk to housekeeping, everyone greeted us with genuine warmth and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The house keepers even tucked my daughters teddy bear in her bed everyday! It was very special. Total Aloha spirit! 🌺
The pool area was clean, relaxing, and well stocked with towels (always a win!). They have outdoor cabanas, bbq grills, fire pit (must reserve) which made it very family friendly. Breakfast was included during our weeklong stay, which was such a nice perk and made mornings easy.
The only thing to note is that there isn’t a whole lot right around the hotel. There’s a coffee spot about a 10 minute walk away and Sage Creamery (ice cream!) about a 15-minute stroll, so bring your walking shoes and enjoy the adventure.
The one caveat: parking is $42/night and there’s no adjacent street parking. We opted to park a couple of blocks away on the street, and honestly, it worked out just fine.
Overall, a wonderful stay with a staff that really makes the experience shine. Mahalo for the warm welcome! 🌴"
"Clean rooms and nice beach/pool towels were available at the pool. WiFi was surprisingly bad on the first floor, but much better on the third floor. Not much is open Sunday close to the hotel, so factor that into your stay if possible. Super friendly and helpful staff and lots of live entertainment in the lobby/dining area. The food trucks right by and north of the hotel are very good, so worth checking out and really added some variety to our trip."
"The kitchen was lacking some basic things (paper towels, pot holders to use the oven, etc). We had to purchase our own paper towels and replacement toilet paper as this was not refilled the one day of housekeeping. Only replacement towels and trash was changed for the one time of housekeeping for a 7-8 day stay."
