"I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. "I absolutely loved this property. It’s very small and quaint but the views of the volcano are amazing. I love the bathtub with the window looking at the volcano. The dirt road to drive there is a little sketchy being that I’m a woman by myself and did not have a four-wheel-drive, but I made it. "Stayed here for 6 days, rooms are spacious and nothing spectacular compared to a more modern style room but makes up for it with a balcony that faces the Volcano.
There a several hot springs and one has a swim up bar that was fantastic.
They also have a pool with a pretty lengthy fast slide, the breakfast here is top notch.
Plenty of choices to choose from, the hotel also offers a view point, within the resort, that you can take a 5 minute drive that over sees the Volcano, amazing view!!
It’s a short 10 minute drive to La Fortuna so for me it worked out perfectly as I didn’t have to worry about heavy traffic flow coming in and out of the resort.
