"The people above me were running and stomping in their room at 10pm so I called the front desk to ask them to go talk to them. Nothing got solved. The people above me continued the running and stomping. It even woke me up at 2 AM in the morning. I tried to call the front desk at that time to complain, and no one picked up the phone. The front desk personnel were not helpful with the troublesome people above me."

"The property was clean and neat. It was quiet for a good nights sleep. The bedding was great! I slept well after a long day’s drive. My only negative was the TV remote. Couldn’t get it to work, went to the desk and was explained to about the remote. Still couldn’t get it to work. No problem. Went to sleep! Maybe next visit!"
