The room was nothing fancy and served its purpose. A couple weeks before our stay I canceled our original reservation and booked a dog friendly room. I selected PAY AT PROPERTY. BEFORE ARRIVAL my card was charged for the original reservation which was $40 more expensive - allow me to add it was also the incorrect card.. Upon arrival the owner of the hotel said she would hold the extra as the deposit and would refund it upon check out which was fine, but she was rude and super annoyed that we needed a dog friendly room (hence the hole reason I booked a new reservation!). There are cameras outside of every room. One night the owner called down to the room and said we were parked in the wrong spot and needed to move our vehicle in front of our door. If that is a rule in needs to be made clear to all guests because someone was parked in that spot hence why we didn’t. I did get my refund but after the same lady walked down to inspect the room herself. The location was fine, room was fine, but next time I will look elsewhere because of the lack of customer service and rude owners.
