"Great customer service from the time we walked in until we checked out "

"Overall our stay was ok. Upon our arrival you could tell our restroom floor had been semi swept but not washed down. The wall thermostat had an old drip of something coming down the wall. Our boys wanted to go swimming in the pool and the water was freezing. One day we had no hot water until the water heater had to be reset for the entire floor. The breakfast was the same everyday. "

"We stayed here for a dance competition weekend and it was amazing! The staff was very nice and we were able to find something to eat all day long, and door dash had no issues finding us. The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean and soo fresh for after being in the sun all day. We did not get to enjoy the pools but the looked beautifull! Land shark had amazing lunch and license to chill had amazing breakfast!!!! We hope to go back soon."

"Room reserved, not available. No notice, then wanted to charge for a roll up bed since the room was I paid for was to have a sleeper sofa. They did nothing to make it right. Terrible customer service "
