"The condition of the room was poor. The furniture was stained and showed quite a bit of wear and tear, gouges in flooring.The toilet had urine on the base. Coffee maker had old coffee in it from prior guest. Cups in cupboard were put away dirty. I cleaned the tables and counters myself because they had material stuck on them. Good: pleasant front desk staff, relatively quiet except for being near an active train line. I put on noise canceling headphones to block the sound. This could be a much nicer place if the rooms were better maintained and the furniture kept clean and in good repair."

"Property is clean-ish and was convenient to family nearby. Used the laundry facilities--but only one washer and dryer. Had to get up real early to avoid laundry room backup. Breakfast was OK. Housekeeping didn't change sheets for the 6 days we stayed there."

""Treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism" First off I wanna to give a big shout-out to Pam & Gabby for making my stay at the Mundelein Illinois location truly an awesome experience. Unfortunately my visit was due to my dads sudden death. When I arrived to Mundelein (from Portland OR) I immediately needed somwhere to stay. So I stopped in to this Comfort Inn location to see if there were any rooms available. Pam and Gabby immediately greeted me with a smile, and helped me get a room. They quickly understood my emotional state, and both treated me with compassion. I ended up getting a very nice/quiet room for my 7 day stay. When I returned to the hotel after my first day of helping my mom, I was pleasantly shocked to find a card and cookies waiting for me. The condolence card was hand written, thoughtful, and truly made me smile. Thank you Pam and Gabby for making me smile in such a dark time. 🙏 I will be soon. "

"There was no staff at the front desk. Had to wait for check-in and no one ever showed up upon checkout so I had to throw the key card on their front desk and just left. Breakfast was a joke. Room was on the first floor and the window did not lock. Furnishings in room are worn. Do yourself a favor and pay $20 more and stay down the block at a different hotel."

"We loved our stay at this sweet home in Fox River Grove! Both hosts were easy to contact and helped us quickly if there was a need. The home is nestled in a lovely neighborhood and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!"
