"Pros: Hotel is very nice with lots of activities for kids and adults. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons: The sofa bed was not made up and is not comfortable. Lack of toiletries. Rooms only get cleaned every three days."

"Great hotel to stay. Delicious and varied breakfast, huge room, amazing pool, many activities to do in and around. Highly recommended if you’re traveling with kids. My only complaints are the shuttle bus (very restricted schedule and rude drivers and stuff) as well as the room cleaning which is not daily,"

"Very clean and well maintained resort. The check-in was delayed. The receptionist mentioned it begins at 4 pm, but we didn’t receive our room until 4:45 pm. The parking lot is consistently full, and despite paying for it, finding a parking space remains difficult."

"Overall nice place! 2 Bedroom villa was spacious and the kitchen was great. Furniture definitely feels worn, however that was the only negative thing within the room. The arcade was pretty generic and overpriced. The activity room is only available during certain hrs, so if those times don’t work for you then you’re outta luck. The main pool with food was packed and no where to sit, the line to order a drink/food was ridiculous. Took about 30min just to order food/drink. Overall the place was decent and I would go back. "

"Overall excellent hotel and reasonably priced. Close to everything. Only negative is the parking $20/day but if you get back to hotel late you can't find parking. One night I had to park in the shopping center and hope my car would be ok!"
