Clean and well maintained property. Staffs were kind and service oriented. Had an issue with WiFi and they attended to it with a smile. The only thing is the air con was smelly so I had to turn it off. They should clean the air con filters regularly.

I have bring coming to this Holiday Inn Express for years and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I admire the maids and the people that make the breakfast are very good ! Location has a lot to do with me staying and there , Near In 'and out burger, gas station, bank ATM, KFC and a well stocked convenience store in walking distance . I would definitely recommend them to family and friends !

My wife and I visited this Holiday Inn for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. All of the hotels were beginning to be all booked up in Temecula and price gouging was at an all-time high. We decided to look for hotels outside of Temecula and found the Holiday In. In the Expedia app. I booked the room for two nights and received my confirmation. When we got to the Holiday Inn the front desk lady Elondra informed me that Expedia shouldn’t have excepted my two day request, because the o Ly had one room for one day available. Long story short, Rocky (Holiday Inn supervisor or manager) along with Elondra, we’re able to accommodate me and save our trip. I recommend this hotel and the great staff there.
