"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Before officially checking in, I asked to view the room and immediately noticed adjoining doors connecting directly to another room. This detail was not clearly shown or disclosed in the booking photos, and due to privacy and safety concerns, I informed staff that I was not comfortable staying there. Because I never actually stayed in the room or used the accommodations, I requested a refund. The hotel refused, despite the room not matching my expectations based on the listing photos. Transparency matters when customers are booking a place to feel safe and comfortable. Guests should be fully aware of adjoining room setups before booking, especially when those details may influence someone’s decision to stay. I would encourage future guests to ask detailed questions beforehand and proceed carefully."
