"We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. "We have stayed here before when it wqs Cambria Hotel. All looks the same other than the signs. Stayed with my family in 2 queen suites. The rooms were connected so we could open the connecting door and make it even bigger. Staff was great. Morning breakfast can get chaotic. They have Mickey waffles so that was a hit. Kids enjoyed the pool area and water slide. Some of the splash pad was not working. The dial on the hot tub was also broken (not sure if that was on purpose). They need vents in the showers to help remove steam. There was no switch for that so we just opened the door. Shower heads could be better or maybe better water pressure. My girls struggled getting their hair fully rinsed. Overall we had a great stay. "

"Beautiful place to stay for 2 nights. Breakfast was great as it had the Latino sason - papas con chorizo and eggs with onions. The staff was very sweet and nice. The pools are very clean and the area too. It was a very clean place and close to Disneyland. We walked no more than 12 minutes to Disneyland and it was just perfect. "

"The room was fine, it’s the parking that sucks. Their parking exit machine was wide open with an out of order sign yet they somehow managed to charge my credit card an “automatic” parking fee of 35.00 with no advance notice or even a description on the credit card charge. I wouldn’t go back just for that reason. "
