"We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our balcony overlooked the piazza! This charming hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and boutiques. This made it easy for us to explore the city of Verona both during the day and at night. We were greeted by hotel staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. "Lake Garda is a stunning place and we were delighted with Grand Hotel Terme as our choice of accommodation. The location is fantastic. There is plenty to explore on the peninsula and it is easy to get out on the water by boat. The hotel itself has amazing views of the castle and the lake. We stayed in one of the suites which was generous in size, clean and had a great balcony. The staff were all super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was on point. We ate at the restaurant one evening and were impressed with our meal. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of food. We would thoroughly recommend."
